The hotel was conveniently located near my business meetings and had good Wi-Fi, which was important for my work. The staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive to my needs, making me feel welcome during my stay. Additionally, the food was decent enough to enjoy.
The hotel lacked necessary updates to be considered comfortable. The overall state of the hotel was shabby and outdated. Moreover, I was disappointed that I had to pay to have my clothes ironed, an unexpected cost to an already expensive trip. I expected more for the money that I spent on my stay at this hotel.

The hotel's meals option was really lovely, and that was definitely the main highlight for us. the staff were also very amiable and accommodating, making sure we were comfortable during our stay. Plus, the location is perfect as it's near some of the city's parks and lakes, which made for some great sightseeing experiences.
Some aspects of the hotel needed some updating. the decor and overall look would benefit from some modernization, with some parts even being shabby.

the location was convenient with parks, the city lake, and friendly staff. the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was nice. the hotel facilities, such as the pool and restaurant, were a great advantage too.
